Over 20 years of Design-Build pursuit consultation, design review/support, permit preparation, agency coordination, and permit compliance for multiple NCDOT Design-Build projects. Inver's role can be adapted from lead environmental specialist during the pursuit and project phases, to senior peer review of a team's existing environmental staff, as provided to the Herbert C. Bonner Bridge over the Oregon Inlet project (NCDOT TIP B-2500).
