Continuous involvement in the Solid Waste industry since 1995, providing natural resource investigation and permitting services, has led to a deep knowledge of this sector and its specialized requirements for MSW, C&D, and LCID sites throughout the Southeast.  This experience is applied to every project including major landfill expansions, borrow area evaluations, and new site investigations and permitting.  

Through several long-term teaming relationships as a sub-contractor to quality engineering firms, Inver provides a variety of services including environmental assessments, wetland/stream delineation, Clean Water Act permitting and endangered species surveys. North Carolina work experience includes Apex, Cary, Fayetteville, Greensboro, High Point, Johnston Co, Mooresville, Raleigh, Union Co., Wilmington, Winston-Salem, Yadkin Co. and many others. 

Consulting services leading to accelerated agency approvals for multiple economic development projects including initial site evaluations, aquatic resource delineations, species assessments/surveys, and regulatory permitting.  Successfully coordinating complex permitting efforts with owners, engineering firms and regulatory permitting/commenting agencies.
